Delays

Cancellation right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days starting from the day after the day of delivery. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. If you are ordering the goods from outside UK, please note that we will not be bearing any currency conversion rate charge or any bank charges that you might have to pay in your respective countries. You will also be liable for any Import or Customs duties, as applicable on receipt of goods. We will be shipping goods only to those countries where we accept the shipping address. We will be shipping our products only to UK, North America and Europe. Orders placed from any other location will not be accepted and you (buyer) will be responsible for all the bank charges, refund charges etc, that the cancellation process will incur.
