Payment, Delivery & Returns

How do I pay for my order?
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using GoogleCheckout, PayPal or any supported cards.

Can I cancel my order?
If you order online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days, starting from the day after the day you have received the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return the goods you ordered to us.

What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to refund your order by post.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund (provided you have the ‘Returns’ document) or an exchange, returned with the original packaging and in a condition which is similar to the one in which the goods were received, within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You can return by Royal Mail. Please ensure you use the recorded delivery.

Refund on Shipping and Handling Charges
Please note that we do not refund the shipping and handling charges that has been paid on any transaction.

DELIVERY
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We aim to deliver as soon as possible but please be aware that during busy periods like Christmas it might take longer. We make sure that all orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT are dispatched on that very day and normally it takes not more than 3-5 working days to connect these orders. However, we do understand that there are certain festive periods like Christmas when the postal services are overloaded with posts and there can be slight delays. Circumstances like weather conditions (snow and any other natural cause) can cause delays in connecting parcels. The delivery process is totally dependent on third parties and we do not have any control over it. We do make sure that we use the services of the most trusted and reliable agencies so that our customers receive their orders at the earliest and in the best possible condition.
At this time we are able to deliver only to UK, North America and Europe. Orders placed from any other location will not be accepted and you (buyer) will be responsible for all the bank charges, refund charges etc, that the cancellation process will incur.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you're out when we try to deliver, we'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. For situations where a parcel is missed on delivery, the delivering service shall be leaving a card at the address, explaining the situation / status of your parcel. You will have to contact the delivery service directly to arrange for alternatives.

How do I return an item I ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, with the original packaging and in a condition similar to one it was received in, you can return it by post to the address enclosed in the parcel when delivered. See our refund section for full details. Please note that delivery and gift wrap service charges are not refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on consumable items and softwares, which are based on licences, if these items have been opened, unless the product is faulty.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
Please inform us by separate post (Northleaf Limited, 2nd Floor, 145-157 St. John Street, London EC1V 4PY – UK) or, e-mail us sales@happytoysandgames.com, about your returns, so that we can refund you the cost of your items within 30 days from the date of purchase. We shall not be refunding the postage and wrapping charges that have been incurred on the transaction. The refund will be credited to the payment card account. An email will be sent to you updating the status of the refund. We will be using the email address provided to us at the time of purchase for all such correspondence.
